What's My Point?

I am sitting at home at the moment. Paper beneath me, trying to create the next Harlan dissent. What a great man... So far I have found that the Act violates the fourteenth amendment.
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
I believe that because this is a law, made by the government, and is denying all colored people the right to integration, is in violation of the fourteenth amendment. And if I stretch it I think I can prove to them that it is violation of the thirteenth as well. It's a form of slavery, of denying them their unalienable rights, they have to accept that. They have to, right?
