The Case

We are in recess now. I had underestimated the racism of the judge. Ferguson is his name, and though I am an accomplished writer and lawyer he still strikes fear in my veins.

The case is over, the awful racist has decided that when the train is going through multiple states there can be no segregation, but when the train is within the state it is allowed. But we are not giving up, we will take to the Supreme Court if we have to. Then maybe I will get to see Harlan in flesh and blood. How exciting!
